Introduction Stage
We begin with a meeting to clearly define the client’s vision and goals for the project, followed by a thorough site analysis to assess existing conditions and local development and zoning regulations. Conceptual Planning
Density + Lot Study
After the Site Analysis, we enter the Conceptual Planning Phase, developing density and lot fit studies based on the client’s vision. We explore multiple layout options tailored to the client’s product, considering site constraints, zoning, and functionality. Through close collaboration and feedback, we refine the design to align with project goals, resulting in a clear conceptual plan that lays the groundwork for future construction documentation.

If desired, we provide design project management services, acting as the owner's representative to ensure the client’s vision is maintained throughout the municipal documentation review and approval process.
