The client sought a high-density, mixed-use site feasibility analysis for a 4-acre parcel, incorporating ground-floor retail, multi-family apartments, and a high-rise office tower, along with a brewery on an adjacent site. Our process began with an in-depth parcel analysis and a comprehensive review of the City of Charlotte’s building and development codes to determine the highest and best use for the property.
We delivered a detailed conceptual package, including site sketch plans, massing studies, and project take-offs, guiding the development toward a viable and effective design. With construction now underway, this project exemplifies strategic planning and innovative urban development.
